Design Center: Changing Product Properties

Once you select a product and choose a color in step one you will be taken to step two (the design step). From here, it is easy to change the color and even the type of product you are designing using the ‘Product Properties’ panel.

When you click anywhere outside of an art, image, or text layer in the design canvas, your product properties will show up in the properties panel. Here you can review or change your product color and review the product type and number. Clicking the ‘work with a pro’ button will launch the ‘Attach Notes’ panel where you can provide instructions or files for our art team. The change product button will bring you back to step one and allow you to switch the product you are using without erasing your design.

Please Note: If you have already sent your product to our art team you will not be able to load and save your design again unless you save it as a new design. This helps to ensure that the design we receive is the one we are recalling when we create your proof. If you’ve sent us a design that you need to change, please contact us right away.
