About Me

Dan Beech got his start in finance at age 16 when he was admitted to the University of Southern Alabama majoring in Finance and Accounting. He got his start in investment real estate in 1991. By 2001 he was hired by CBRE to run a Los Angeles office, but rather than abandon trusted client relationships, he instead opened his own firm. Under Dan's vision and leadership, Founder's Real Estate Group grew to seven locations, 200 employees and $350M annual sales. Clients ranged from private and institutional investors to multi-nationals as large as Wal-Mart. Dan covers Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. DRE 01200466
