Dan Beech got his start in finance at age 16 when he was admitted to the University of Southern Alabama majoring in Finance and Accounting. He got his start in investment real estate in 1991. By 2001 he was hired by CBRE to run a Los Angeles office, but rather than abandon trusted client relationships, he instead opened his own firm.
